Hotel Monaco Alexandria's fitness center and adjacent 40-foot pool are located on the third floor. The fitness center is open to hotel guests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- The pool is open daily from 10:00am–10:00pm.

- One Paramount functional trainer
The Precor and Paramount equipment feature a built-in cardio theater TV.
