  For immediate reservation requests or questions, please call us at (877) 452-4772 to speak with our Spa Services representatives. Services are offered daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Before- and after-hours appointments may be available, subject to a $25 surcharge.

• Before You Arrive
  • Prepare yourself for your spa journey. The more relaxed you are, the more your treatments will enhance your well-being.
  • Please arrive at least fifteen minutes before your treatment. If you are late for an appointment we may have to shorten your treatment time in order to be on time for the next guest.
  • Luxurious bathrobes and sandals are provided for your comfort. You may leave your personal belongings in one of our lockers, but we advise against bringing valuables to your spa experience.
  • Gratuity is not included in your service. We leave it to your discretion.
  • A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
  • Please provide at least four hours notice for cancellations or changes to your reservations to avoid being charged for your treatments. Services starting before noon need to be cancelled by 9 p.m. the evening prior.
  • Guests of Hotel Monaco Alexandria may charge their services to their room accounts. All major credit cards are accepted.
  • Please turn off your cell phones and other electronic devices once in our Spa area.
  • Children under 16 are not allowed in the Spa. Please make arrangements for your little loved ones when arranging spa appointments.
